Hemisfair Announces Melissa Robinson as Chief Executive Officer to Guide HPARC’s Growth as a World-Class Urban District
SAN ANTONIO, TX (March 6, 2026) – The Hemisfair Park Area Redevelopment Corporation (HPARC) Board of Directors is honored to announce the appointment of Melissa Robinson as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 6. Robinson served as Interim CEO from April 2025 to March 5, 2026, and has been an instrumental part of HPARC’s leadership team for more than four years. As CEO, Robinson will shape HPARC’s next phases of redevelopment and collaborate with the community and key stakeholders as the Sports and Entertainment District further evolves Hemisfair’s place as one of the world’s great public spaces.

Robinson has played a key role at Hemisfair, advancing the organization’s vision and mission, including serving as a HPARC board member for four years prior to joining the team. She has more than 27 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry and has been involved in all facets of development and finance throughout her career. From strategic visioning to public-private partnerships for real estate development projects from concept to build out, Robinson excels at collaborating with all levels of stakeholders, from civic and community leaders to owners and investors, public engagement, and beyond.
