Hemisfair Park Area Redevelopment Corporation (HPARC) is seeking proposals from local businesses and entrepreneurs eager to launch or expand their concepts in downtown San Antonio. A leasing opportunity is now available within a portion of the historic Pereida House, located in the Southwest Zone of the Hemisfair District in Yanaguana Garden. The property shares space with Paleteria San Antonio and is surrounded by some of the city’s most vibrant cultural, residential, and commercial destinations.
