Hemisfair Names Krystina Sibley as Director of Communications & Marketing as HPARC Strengthens Brand and Stakeholder Relations
SAN ANTONIO, TX (March 10, 2026) – The Hemisfair Park Area Redevelopment Corporation (HPARC) is pleased to name Krystina Sibley as Director of Communications & Marketing, effective March 2. As part of HPARC’s leadership team, this key role guides the strategy, storytelling, and partnerships that shape how the community experiences the Hemisfair District. With the upcoming growth, this area is poised to redefine San Antonio’s urban core with dynamic experiences and vibrant community spaces.
“Krystina brings a wealth of experience leading communications and marketing departments and strategies, driving branding and public engagement initiatives to the next level,” said HPARC Chief Executive Officer Melissa Robinson. “We are excited to have her on board during this transformative time for HPARC and the city.”
Sibley is an eighth-generation Texan and San Antonio native who has lived and worked around the world, and boomeranged back to the city in 2024. She has more than 29 years of experience in marketing, communications, branding, and community engagement. Sibley’s past roles include serving as a director at public relations and communications agencies, leading content and creative teams at the global business law firm of Holland & Knight, and working in-house in communications at state government transportation agency in Florida, as well as experience in real estate and mixed-use development. Her career began at the San Antonio Express-News as a journalist as well as time overseas in England at the London office of Newsweek magazine and editorial roles in San Francisco.
