Hemisfair is currently seeking to fill the position of Office Coordinator.
The Office Coordinator will help to schedule meetings and coordinate calendars with external stakeholders, order supplies, coordinate equipment maintenance, and assist with HR activities such as new-hire orientation and expense reports. The Office Coordinator will serve a dynamic role to accomplish various tasks depending on the needs of the organization. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for planning bi-monthly Hemisfair Board of Directors meetings, including preparing and posting agendas, Board packets, PowerPoint presentations, and taking meeting minutes. The Office Coordinator will also assist the Hemisfair CEO and Executive team with drafting correspondence and documents, contacting partners, and performing research.
He/she must have strong organizational, professional communication, and analytical skills. He/she will interact with Board of Directors, City leaders, HPARC and Hemisfair Conservancy staff, public agencies, partners, and the general public.
The Office Coordinator position, depending on the candidate, could be full-time or part-time depending on schedule. The position would require at least 30 hours per week Monday through Friday during normal business hours (generally 8:30AM-5:30PM) and will report to the Hemisfair Director of Real Estate.
