Holiday in the Garden at Hemisfair

Get your festive sweaters ready – Holiday in the Garden at Hemisfair, made possible by H-E-B and Tres Grace Family Foundation, is Saturday, December 9 from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. Bridging holiday traditions, this FREE event will capture the spirit of Christmas, Kwanzaa, and Hanukkah!

Capture your holiday memories with a festive photo opportunity with Santa and Mrs. Claus, flown in from the North Pole by the American Caroling Company. Satisfy your sweet tooth with milk and cookies provided by Box Street Social or indulge in a warm cup of hot chocolate by Commonwealth Coffeehouse. Meet Rudolph, courtesy of the North Pole and Zoomagination, enjoy amazing carolers and three mini nutcracker performances by San Antonio Dance Company and meet The Grinch!

For those who love to get creative, there will be face painting and craft activities celebrating Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, and Christmas. Kids can join the Kwanzaa storytime hosted by SAAACAM, while adults can enjoy the holiday tunes played by the talented jazz musician, Billy Ray Sheppard!
