These inclusive community workouts are free to attend and led by certified fitness professionals. During this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session, you’ll elevate your heart rate, enhance your strength, increase power and endurance, and engage your entire body through challenging exercises. Regardless of your fitness level, everyone is welcome to participate!
