Hemisfair is a community with residences, local businesses and three public parks in the heart of San Antonio. Redevelopment efforts are designed to transform a vacant space left over from the 1968 World’s Fair into a vibrant, active urban parks district, reintroducing people and a neighborhood back to the downtown core.
Open to the public since 2015, Yanaguana Garden at Hemisfair is a beautifully landscaped outdoor wonderland for kids and adults of all ages and abilities.
Opened on September 29, 2023, Civic Park is the grandest of Hemisfair’s park series and an uncommonly beautiful urban greenspace in the heart of San Antonio.
Located on the eastern side of Hemisfair near the Tower of the Americas, Tower Park is currently under design.
